NEMS Tapestry Provider Portal: Site Admin Access

The Tapestry Site Admin Sign-Up Form closed on October 5, 2026.

During the week of October 12, 2026, individuals whose submissions were successfully verified will receive an email with instructions to access their NEMS Tapestry Provider Portal account.

If you submitted the form but do not receive an email by the end of that week, your information may have been incomplete or could not be matched to a Tax Identification Number (TIN) and/or National Provider Identifier (NPI). You may request Site Admin access directly through the portal once the link is posted here during the week of October 12. This option will also be available to individuals who did not submit the sign-up form.

Early access is for account setup only. Site Admins may set up their accounts and grant access to other users within their organization. Authorization and claims submission will become available when the portal fully launches on January 4, 2027.

Please continue using the NEMS EZ-NET Provider Portal through December 31, 2026.
